By creating an account, purchasing tokens, or otherwise using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our Service.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features, you must create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
We provide an online platform where registered users can access certain functionalities by using tokens or token packs purchased through the Service. The scope, nature, and availability of features may change at our discretion.
Tokens are virtual credits. While generally non-refundable, UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a purchase of unused tokens. However, you acknowledge that by using a token to perform an AI operation, you lose your right to cancel that specific transaction
Tokens have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and cannot be transferred between accounts unless explicitly permitted by us.
Unused tokens may expire or be forfeited upon account closure or termination for violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify token pricing, packages, or usage rules at any time.
Payments for tokens or other services are processed through third-party payment processors.
We do not store complete payment card details.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
All prices are displayed in the currency specified at checkout and may include applicable taxes.
7. AI Usage Restrictions
You must not use the Service to: (a) generate or disseminate sexually explicit content or deepfakes; (b) perform facial recognition or biometric identification of individuals without consent; or (c) make automated decisions that have legal or significant effects on individuals (e.g., credit, employment, or legal standing).
8. User Content Warranty
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions for any images or data you upload to the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
9. Online Dispute Resolution
If you are a consumer and have a dispute that we cannot resolve, you may be entitled to use an EU or UK Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to reach an out-of-court settlement.
You agree that you will not:
Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Upload, share, or generate content that infringes intellectual property rights, promotes violence, or violates applicable law.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its systems, or accounts of other users.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Service.
Engage in activities that disrupt, overload, or damage our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of this section.
All content, branding, software, and materials available through the Service are owned by or licensed to RADULESCU INNOVATIONS PRO LTD.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
- As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the output generated and returned by the Service based on your input (the “Output”). We hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest in and to the Output. You are responsible for the Output, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. Due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique across users and the Service may generate the same or similar output for other users.
12. Service Availability and Modifications
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without liability or prior notice.
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@reeluno.com and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law. Subject to this, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding three (3) months
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RADULESCU INNOVATIONS PRO LTD, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
